At Babify Store, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we aim to make order cancellations as simple and transparent as possible.
📦 Order Cancellation Guidelines

Before Dispatch:
You may cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched. To do so, please contact our customer support team immediately via phone or email. -
After Dispatch:
Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you may refer to our [Return & Exchange Policy] if eligible. -
Custom or Made-to-Order Items:
Orders for customized or special-order items cannot be cancelled once placed.

💰 Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved before dispatch, any advance payment (if made) will be refunded within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

No refund will be issued for orders cancelled after dispatch, unless the item qualifies under our return policy.
Babify Store reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued if applicable.
