Return & Exchange Policy
At Babify Store, your satisfaction is our priority.
Returns & Exchanges:
• Valid within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
Easy Pickup Service:
Once your order is delivered, if you face any issue or don’t like the product, you can contact us.
We provide a hassle-free return & exchange service:
• Our rider will visit your location for pickup (no need to ship yourself)
• Available for both returns and exchanges
How It Works:

- For returns: Our rider will pick up the parcel, and your refund will be processed once we receive it
- For exchange: We will dispatch the replacement, and the rider will deliver the new item and collect the old one at the same time
Damaged Items:
• Report within 24 hours with photos for a replacement or full refund
